Our Vision: to deliver cutting-edge workforce solutions to small business clients. WorkforceHub has been in business for more than 20 years, serving as a leading provider of workforce management solutions tailored to the small business world.

We serve small businesses, which are the heart of the American economy. Nearly half (46%) of employees in the US work for small business employers. Small companies employ over 61 million people, and they deserve access to the latest solutions.

What differentiates you from your competitors?
Our roots are in time and labor, time collection, and scheduling. Glad you are ready to go! A link will be sent to the email used when signing up for the free trial. Click on the link and create a password. After a password has been created you will be automatically logged into WorkforceHub.
How do I sign up for WorkforceHub?
You’ve got a few ways to get started. Easiest, quickest way is to start a free, 30-day trial. You can also explore more options by setting up a call with a Time & Labor Advisor.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes, of course! WorkforceHub was built to scale and evolve with your business’ needs. Whether you need new features, or simply aren’t using the ones you have, upgrading your plan will kick in immediately, and downgrades will go into effect at the beginning of the next pay period.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. WorkforceHub is month-to-month. Cancel anytime.
What if my number of employees changes throughout the year?
Not a problem. Since WorkforceHub is month-to-month you will only pay for your active employees each month.
Does WorkforceHub integrate with other payroll providers?
WorkforceHub offers hundreds of connections to popular—as well as the not so well known—payroll solutions. We can work with you.
