We have used 360 Connect for office equipment leads for a very long time, probably 10 plus years. As with any lead platform, you have to stick with it and follow up on every lead and you will find gold amongst the dirt.
What you will find is mostly qualified buyers currently looking to make a purchase. Yes, there are sometimes competitors involved, but that is why they go online for a quote. Just be prepared to have your best pricing available to offer.
